He began his professional journey in 2010, where he specialized in Audit and Assurance across diverse sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Power, Textiles, Real Estate, and Natural Resources. Throughout his tenure, he played a pivotal role in supporting Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) for new market entrants, gaining valuable exposure to capital market regulations and compliance under SEBI.

In addition to audit engagements, Jaideep possesses deep expertise in core accounting, direct and indirect taxation, and financial analysis. He has led accounting and MIS reporting functions for clients spanning the Textile, Pharmaceutical, and Information Technology industries, ensuring accurate and insightful financial management.
